Kirsti Anneli Qveflander (born 1929 in Tampere) is a Finnish sculptor and costume designer. He has also designed fabrics for Marimekko, decorating dishes for Arabia, and covers for books and illustrations.

After attending middle school, Qveflander worked in Stockholm at the Nordiska Kompaniet department store in 1947-1948, where he was able to produce belts and other accessories for members of the Swedish Royal Room. He first studied metal art and then graphic design at the School of Art and Design in 1948-1952. In addition to free visual arts, he worked as an artist adviser to Pohjanlanden Verkatehdas Oy in 1953-1955 and then at the advertising agencies Lintas and Marketing Viherjuuri 1959-1969.

Qveflander has worked for the Finnish National Opera, where he was permanently affiliated with 1969-1970, the Helsinki City Theater, the Savonlinna Opera Festival and the Finnish National Theater, to which he was attached in 1980. He is especially known for his powerful use of colors and abundant patterns inspired by Baroque and Rococo style influences.
