Coronell

Coronell Elektro A/S was opened in Hellerup in Zealand in 1964 by owner and designer Werner Schou. The company produced very sculptural lights in mixed materials. The materials were a mixture of copper, aluminum, iron, wood and brass, and often designed in staggered strips with built-in glass/plastic -stones in a crystal shaped style. It gave a sculptural light effect, which was very characteristic of Werner Schous lamps.

Coronell Elektro A/S closed in 1991. A subsidiary company Coronell Lampe operated from 1979, until 1998.
